Partnership Program

Partners receive 40% of Where Is My Doctor’s eligible company earning from qualifying appointments. Commission is calculated only on the amount earned by Where Is My Doctor — never on the total consultation fee or the amount paid by the patient.

Only eligible, successfully completed, and settled appointments qualify for commission. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, test, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible appointments do not generate Partner commission.

Partners are responsible for introducing and onboarding healthcare providers. They are not involved in providing medical care and do not receive access to patients’ sensitive medical information merely because they referred or onboarded a healthcare provider. The Partner Dashboard contains only information reasonably necessary for Partnership Program administration and commission calculation.

Partners are not employees, authorized payment collectors, or financial representatives of Where Is My Doctor or Eclipse Moon Digital Solutions LLP solely by participating in the Partnership Program. Partners must not collect or accept the following from doctors, clinics, hospitals, patients, or other parties on behalf of Where Is My Doctor, unless we have provided specific written authorization:

• Registration or onboarding fees
• Subscription payments
• Appointment payments
• Deposits, cash, UPI transfers, or bank transfers
• Any other payment on behalf of Where Is My Doctor

All payments to Where Is My Doctor must be made through official company-designated payment channels.

Any Partner found collecting unauthorized payments, misrepresenting their authority, issuing unauthorized receipts, or making unauthorized financial commitments may have their Partnership account suspended or terminated, and may be subject to further action as permitted by applicable law.
