Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read on this Platform.
5. Payment Terms
Consultation fees and appointment charges are determined by the healthcare providers. The Platform may charge a service fee for facilitating bookings. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Refund policies vary by doctor and consultation type.
6. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal health information to facilitate the services. By using our Platform, you consent to such collection and processing of your data as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
7. Doctor Verification
While we make reasonable efforts to verify the credentials of healthcare providers listed on our Platform, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by doctors. Users are encouraged to independently verify doctor credentials before engaging with any healthcare provider.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eclipse Moon Digital Solutions LLP Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
10. Changes to Terms
